The Perfect soluton for security companies
Bluelock has a web portal from which a security company’s control room can issue temporaty tokens to their response teams.
For example, A residents alarm is activated. The Control room operator will, using either PATRIOT alarm softward or ORYX LISTENER software, be able to send a toke direcly to the relevant security officer’s device.
The security officer, when he arrives on the premsies, will be able to open the residents gate.
The resident will be instantly notified by a push message that security has access his property.
The control room records will indicate that access was gained to the clients property.
The resident is able to REVOKE access from the security company.
The guard’s TOKEN is only valid for the period awared by the contorl room.
